What areas do you serve?
We operate across the Delhi NCR region, including Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram, and Delhi. For large projects, we also take assignments in other parts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
How long does home construction take?
Construction timelines depend on the project size and scope. A typical 3–4 BHK independent house takes 10–14 months. Commercial and larger projects are assessed during the consultation and site visit stage, where we commit to a firm timeline.
Do you offer turnkey construction?
Yes. We offer complete turnkey solutions from land assessment, architectural design, structural work, interiors, electrical, plumbing, finishing — right up to handing you the keys. You don't need to coordinate with multiple contractors.
How transparent is the pricing?
Very. We provide a detailed itemised estimate covering materials, labour, overheads, and taxes before any work begins. No hidden charges. Any client-initiated scope changes are discussed and quoted separately before execution.
Can you help with building plan approvals?
Absolutely. Our team assists with architectural drawings, map submissions, NOCs, completion certificates, and all regulatory requirements from GDA, NCRPB, and other local bodies in the NCR region.
What is the minimum project value you accept?
